Central Hospice Care, Inc. started serving hospice patients 65 years and older in 2018. We understand that chronic and terminal illnesses may also be incurred by patients younger than the golden years. Our hospice care services are available to anyone needing it.
We got credited with a Medicare provider number in June 2021 and have over 10 years of experience in the hospice industry. We also have over six years of case management experience. Here at Central Hospice Care, Inc., we always put our patients first.
